The ONE DROP difference
Inspired by Cirque du Soleil and its Cirque du Monde program, ONE DROP makes use of the circus arts, folklore, popular theatre, music, dance and the visual arts to make people aware of water issues, favour the sharing of wealth and the mobilization of all.
The experience of Cirque du Monde shows that building arts-based education initiatives into development efforts can bring about lasting change. Following this program’s example ONE DROP has developed a unique playful approach focused on participation of the communities to which it travels.
The touring theatrical show that forms part of our water access project in Nicaragua is a good example of the ONE DROP difference. View video clip
