Following its successful inaugural run at the Old Port of Montreal, ONE DROP’s multisensory experience, AQUA, travelled to Ottawa’s Canadian Museum of Nature, where it opened to line-ups around the block on May 22 and will continue through September 6. During its first month, AQUA raised the awareness of over 12,000 visitors, including the Right Honourable Jean Chrétien, on the topic of water and its essential, life-giving role on our planet. Since then, thousands of people have been moved by this experience.
The AQUA experience in Ottawa is different from the one in Montreal, as its three distinct “spaces” are laid out on two floors with new information displayed in the third and final phase of the experience. The AQUA experience is included in the Canadian Museum of Nature’s general admission fee.
