WHY REACH OUT TO EL SALVADOR?

• The Morazán department is the driest region in
El Salvador, and also the poorest with 56% of families living in relative or extreme poverty (less than US$ 2.00 per day).
• Life expectancy is the lowest in the country, as is monthly household income (US$ 296.00).
• The illiteracy rate is the country's highest at 32.9%.
