Montreal, July 15, 2013 – Guy Laliberté, Founder of Cirque du Soleil and Chair of ONE DROPTM’s Board of Directors, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Directors to the Board.

The first addition is Mr. Plamondon, CA, a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Garda World Security Corporation (“Garda”) that became a private corporation in November 2012. Mr. Plamondon has acted has the Chairman of the Special Committee of the Board that analyzed and recommended the transaction to Garda’s shareholders. Mr. Plamondon has served as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Garda, then a public company, since October 2000. Mr. Plamondon was President and CEO of Iscopia Software, previously named HR Alloy Canada Inc. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Synchro Sport Divertissement. Previously, Mr. Plamondon was a member of the Board of Directors of Victoria Square Ventures Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avestor Limited Partnership, President and Chief Operating Officer of TouchTunes Music Corporation and Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Discreet Logic. Mr. Plamondon is a former partner at Ernst & Young LLP, having acted in Corporate Finance and previously as an audit partner.

Jean Raby currently acts as Partner at Aleph Capital Partners, LLP, a newlyestablished investment firm in London. Prior to his retirement from Goldman Sachs at the end of 2012, Mr. Raby, who joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 and served as a Partner of the firm from 2004 until his retirement, held a number of positions, including co-CEO/CEO of the Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division in France, Belgium and Luxembourg from 2006 to 2010 and as co-CEO of the firm’s activities in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2011-2012. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1996, Mr Raby worked as an associate attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell, first in their New York City-based headquarters from 1989 to 1992 and then, at the firm's Paris office from 1992 to 1996. Mr Raby holds a LLB from Université Laval, a MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a LLM from Harvard Law School.

A Partner at McKinsey & Company, Jonathan Tétrault acts as trusted advisor to world-renowned banks and institutional investors on matters relating to strategic, organizational and risk management. Before joining McKinsey’s team in 2002, he practiced as a corporate lawyer at Andersen Legal in Paris and Borden Ladner Gervais, LLP.

The three new Directors notable skills and expertise will no doubt greatly benefit ONE DROP’s Board of Directors which is currently comprised of Claudia Barilà, Cirque du Soleil Senior Vice President and CFO Robert Blain, Sid Lee Chairman Bertrand Cesvet, Corporate Director France Chrétien Desmarais, Cæsars Interactive Entertainment Inc. CEO Mitch Garber, Social Economy Expert Advisor Clément Guimond, Corporate Director and former Foreign Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada and Canada’s Former Ambassador to Paris Claude Laverdure.
