Happy World Water Day!

Comedians in a play celebrating World Water Day

One Drop’s safe water access project in Mexico, as part of the Lazos de Agua program, is celebrating World Water Day by launching the play “La divina Garza enjabonada”, or The Soap Heron, in the community of La Escondida de Ocampo in the State of Guanajuato. This will be the first Social Art for Behavior Change activity for this project and is the collective community creation led by One Drop’s local partner, Imaginartes Cia. The objective of the play is to initiate behavior changes related to the payment of the water service fees and will be followed by a forum between the actors and the community to discuss the main themes in the play. After its inauguration, the play will go on tour in 65 communities across the state!
